The high-quality rear pull-out was specially developed for continuous use in camper vans. It offers a stable and flexible solution for the secure storage of Euroboxes and other transport goods. 5 cross beams provide the option to attach a board on the pull-out. You can use our Multiboards shelf or have the shelf custom-made.

Features

• Stable construction:
  The frame and runners are made of 20x20 mm aluminum construction profiles.
• Flexible mounting:
  The heavy-duty pull-outs are attached to vertical 20x20 mm profile posts and are height adjustable – ideal for overcoming loading edges.
• High load capacity:
  The pull-outs are 130 kg/57 mm full extensions. With an extension of 1200 mm, the evenly distributed load capacity is 90 kg – designed for daily use.
• Durable connection:
  All elements are screwed together; no system brackets are used – for maximum stability and durability.

Multiboard option

For the pull-out, we offer a CNC-milled Multiboard made of 9 mm thick, white laminated multiplex. It is attached to the cross beams with T-slot nuts and screws.

Application

Ideal for installation in panel vans and campers where a reliable and load-bearing rear pull-out solution is required – whether for camping, outdoor, van life, or commercial use. The shelf is suitable for storing camping furniture or other bulky items.

Alle Verbindungen sind vorgebohrt bzw. mit Gewinde versehen. Die Schubladen und der Rahmen werden mit Zylinderkopfschrauben montiert, die Schwerlastauszüge mit Nutensteinen und Senkschrauben befestigt.
Im Fahrzeug müssen acht Bohrungen in die Bodenplatte eingebracht werden. In diese Bohrungen werden Einschraubmuffen eingedreht. Der Auszug wird anschließend über den aufliegenden Rahmen mit den Muffen verschraubt.

Die Aufstandsfläche beträgt 910mm x 489mm, Höhe individuell nach Vorgabe. Gewicht ca. 12kg. 1 Fach für 1 Box 600mm x 400mm und 1 Box 300mm x 400mm bzw. 3 Boxen 300mm x 400mm
